Every few weeks somebody messages me after a review, or slides into my Instagram DMs, to tell me about the little place round the corner from their office or the country house hotel where the breakfast alone is worth the drive, and I have finally done what a lot of you have been asking for and put up a proper suggestion box, so that none of those tips end up buried at the bottom of my inbox.
Tell me where you think I should be eating, drinking or sleeping next, whether that’s a neighbourhood bistro, a pub whose kitchen punches well above its weight or a hotel you keep going back to, and give me a line or two on why, because the reason is very often the bit that gets me in the car.
